This role represents a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of space technology development and contribute to humanity's future in space exploration.

The position requires a versatile engineer who can understand and work with every system on the satellite, combining practical hands-on experience with theoretical knowledge. You'll be responsible for managing integration build flow and test operations, working closely with both engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing processes and automation.

As an Electrical Integration & Test Engineer, you'll be joining a dynamic team that tackles inter-departmental development projects and works under ambitious timelines to ensure mission success. The role offers significant growth potential and exposure to cutting-edge space technology, with responsibilities ranging from evaluating designs for manufacturability to developing and refining assembly procedures.

The compensation package is highly competitive, starting from $100,000 to $135,000 annually, with additional benefits including equity opportunities, comprehensive healthcare, and retirement plans. For those with active clearance, there's an additional 10% differential (up to $15,000 annually).

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is passionate about space technology. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrate strong engineering intuition, and be willing to work extended hours when needed to meet mission-critical deadlines. The role requires physical capability as you'll often work in various positions and spaces, making it a perfect fit for those who enjoy both the technical and practical aspects of engineering.

Working at SpaceX means being part of a team that's pushing the boundaries of space technology and working towards making humanity a multi-planetary species. The company offers numerous opportunities for professional growth and development, along with the excitement of contributing to historic space missions and technological breakthroughs.
