Responsibilities For Environmental Health & Safety Engineer (Starlink)

  • Develop and maintain compliance with OSHA, WA State, NFPA, and NIOSH regulations
  • Collaborate on job hazard assessments and implement safety policies
  • Monitor employee exposure to hazards and develop remedial actions
  • Perform safety reviews of complex hazardous operations
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Support risk assessment processes
  • Develop safety solutions within cost and schedule constraints
  • Perform environmental compliance audits
  • Inspect facilities and safety equipment
  • Develop and maintain safety contingency plans

Requirements For Environmental Health & Safety Engineer (Starlink)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental health and safety
  • Knowledge of safety management methods and pressure systems
  • Experience with emergency response and incident management
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state and local safety regulations
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must be eligible under ITAR requirements
