Responsibilities For Equipment Reliability Engineer (Starlink)
- Work with project engineering to ensure reliability and sustainability of new and modified installations
- Guide efforts to ensure consistency and maintainability of critical equipment and systems
- Own equipment improvement plans for preventative maintenance strategies
- Define and develop asset maintenance plans
- Prepare asset documentation package for system review
- Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures
- Perform analyses of assets including utilization rate and effectiveness
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel
- Manage production requests for asset improvement
- Apply value analysis to repair/replace decisions
Requirements For Equipment Reliability Engineer (Starlink)
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
- 1+ years of experience in an engineering role
- Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
- Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
