Responsibilities For Equipment Reliability Engineer (Starlink)

  • Work with project engineering to ensure reliability and sustainability of new and modified installations
  • Guide efforts to ensure consistency and maintainability of critical equipment and systems
  • Own equipment improvement plans for preventative maintenance strategies
  • Define and develop asset maintenance plans
  • Prepare asset documentation package for system review
  • Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures
  • Perform analyses of assets including utilization rate and effectiveness
  • Provide technical support to production and maintenance personnel
  • Manage production requests for asset improvement
  • Apply value analysis to repair/replace decisions

Requirements For Equipment Reliability Engineer (Starlink)

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, aerospace, systems, or manufacturing engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in an engineering role
  • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs unassisted
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
  • Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
