Responsibilities For Facilities Engineer, Electrical (Starlink)

  • Design and build low and high-power electrical systems for manufacturing facilities
  • Work with engineering teams to provide detailed electrical design for power distribution systems
  • Provide electrical engineering support for troubleshooting existing equipment
  • Ensure equipment interfaces properly with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Coordinate electrical installations with local utilities personnel
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations
  • Perform load flow analysis of electrical power distribution systems

Requirements For Facilities Engineer, Electrical (Starlink)

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or other engineering discipline
  • 3+ years of professional experience with electrical projects
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred
  • Experience with variable frequency drives and industrial pumps
  • Experience with MODBUS communication
  • Experience with medium-voltage distribution
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
