Description For Ground Software Engineer, LabVIEW (Falcon & Dragon)

SpaceX, a pioneering space exploration company, is seeking a Ground Software Engineer specializing in LabVIEW for their Falcon and Dragon programs. This role is crucial in developing and maintaining the software that controls SpaceX's revolutionary space missions. As a key member of the Ground Software team, you'll create and support user interfaces and backend control systems used throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle, from launch to recovery.

The position offers an unique opportunity to work directly with launch engineers, mission control operators, test engineers, and recovery teams, making a direct impact on space exploration. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about space exploration. While aerospace experience isn't required, strong software engineering skills, particularly in LabVIEW, are essential. You'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to SpaceX's ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

The role offers competitive compensation ranging from $120,000 to $170,000 annually, depending on experience level, along with comprehensive benefits including equity, medical coverage, and 401(k).
