Responsibilities For Integration & Test Engineer (Falcon Payloads)
- Create test stand, equipment, and process concepts
- Create fabrication drawings, wiring schematics, instrumentation lists
- Design and analyze structures, fluid systems, and mechanisms
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise test stands integration
- Operate test stands with attention to detail
- Develop manufacturing processes
- Write detailed technical instructions
- Refine existing hardware and procedures
- Evaluate and resolve non-conformances
- Manage multiple priorities and lead external fit checks
Requirements For Integration & Test Engineer (Falcon Payloads)
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, design, test, or development
- Must be able to pass Air Force background checks
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Comfortable with physical work requirements
- Must meet ITAR requirements (US citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Up to 25% travel may be required
- Experience in high-pace production environment preferred
- Documentation and configuration management experience preferred
- Proficiency in GD&T preferred
- CAD software experience preferred
- FEA experience preferred
- Basic programming skills preferred
- Experience testing propulsion, thermal, electrical systems preferred
- Data acquisition and controls experience preferred
