Responsibilities For Integration & Test Engineer (Falcon Payloads)

  • Create test stand, equipment, and process concepts
  • Create fabrication drawings, wiring schematics, instrumentation lists
  • Design and analyze structures, fluid systems, and mechanisms
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Supervise test stands integration
  • Operate test stands with attention to detail
  • Develop manufacturing processes
  • Write detailed technical instructions
  • Refine existing hardware and procedures
  • Evaluate and resolve non-conformances
  • Manage multiple priorities and lead external fit checks

Requirements For Integration & Test Engineer (Falcon Payloads)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, design, test, or development
  • Must be able to pass Air Force background checks
  • Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Comfortable with physical work requirements
  • Must meet ITAR requirements (US citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Up to 25% travel may be required
  • Experience in high-pace production environment preferred
  • Documentation and configuration management experience preferred
  • Proficiency in GD&T preferred
  • CAD software experience preferred
  • FEA experience preferred
  • Basic programming skills preferred
  • Experience testing propulsion, thermal, electrical systems preferred
  • Data acquisition and controls experience preferred
