The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, or quality roles, with a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline. Experience with packaging design, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies like PPAP and Six Sigma is highly valued. The role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

  • Develop a global, high-performing supply chain for Starlink Product production
  • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency in supply chain policies
  • Lead engineering team in quality management and PPAP implementation
  • Oversee supplier audits and quality assurance
  • Conduct and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback
  • Manage supplier workflow and project priorities
  • Develop and improve business processes for production systems
  • Mentor and lead team of engineers in a fast-paced environment

Requirements For Lead Supplier Development Engineer (Starlink) - Mechanical Components, Packaging & Accessories

  • Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed
