Responsibilities For Maintenance Engineer, High Pressure Die Casting (Starlink)

  • Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technically complex equipment failures
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and action corrective measures
  • Develop and execute complex improvement projects
  • Collaborate with development engineering teams
  • Provide leadership for utilization of CMMS
  • Integrate predictive tools into maintenance
  • Complete hands-on repairs of equipment
  • Coordinate internal and 3rd party resources
  • Create and update preventative maintenance instructions
  • Interface with engineering, quality, production, and procurement teams
  • Help create optimized machine spare parts lists

Requirements For Maintenance Engineer, High Pressure Die Casting (Starlink)

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
  • Ability to work extended hours and some weekends
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
  • Physical ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 lbs
