Responsibilities For Operations Engineer (F9 Subassembly)

  • Develop tools to analyze delivery, capacity, and cost problems for production and operations
  • Develop and manage production strategy to mitigate risks and improve safety, quality, output, and cost
  • Define and develop department-level metrics to quantify operational health
  • Develop process flow models to analyze production system behavior
  • Identify and solve operational challenges to achieve aggressive rate targets
  • Develop and track key performance measures
  • Implement system and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental partners in supply chain, engineering, operations, and planning

Requirements For Operations Engineer (F9 Subassembly)

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in using Excel, SQL, or Python/R
  • Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Must be willing to travel up to 5-10%
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
  • On-site work in Hawthorne, CA required
