  • Develop tools to analyze delivery, capacity, cost, utilization, and efficiency problems
  • Develop and manage production strategy
  • Develop process flow models to analyze production system behavior
  • Design and implement production line layouts
  • Identify operational challenges and determine root cause
  • Develop and track key performance measures
  • Develop system and process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental partners
  • Capture best practices of production systems

Requirements For Operations Engineer (Starship Production)

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or mathematics/physics
  • 2+ years of professional experience in manufacturing or industrial project management
  • 1+ years of experience in using Excel, SQL, or Python/R
  • Proficiency with statistics and data analysis
  • Experience with CAD software and Power BI
  • Experience with inventory and production planning
  • Experience with lean and six sigma principles
  • Excellent written and communication skills
