Responsibilities For Space Operations Engineer (Dragon)

  • Develop mission plans, operational procedures, and real-time products for Dragon missions
  • Support mission preparations as operations expert for vehicle systems
  • Support operations coordination with SpaceX and NASA contacts
  • Train for and operate crewed and uncrewed spacecraft missions

Requirements For Space Operations Engineer (Dragon)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering test, integration, or flight operations
  • Real-time operations experience on high-consequence systems
  • Experience with software tools (Python, C++, Java, Matlab)
  • Experience in avionics, fluid systems, mechanisms, communication systems, or orbit dynamics
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to ITAR requirements
