Responsibilities For Sr. Avionics Engineer (Falcon)

  • Represent the Falcon avionics system throughout all stages of integration
  • Troubleshoot issues on prototype and production assemblies
  • Work collaboratively with teams and customers to define project scope
  • Develop tools and processes to support launch rate
  • Perform design and manufacturing assessments
  • Lead system projects including creation and maintenance of development schedules
  • Develop, execute, and document avionics system verification

Requirements For Sr. Avionics Engineer (Falcon)

Python
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or math
  • 5+ years of professional experience using software tools (Matlab, C++ or Python)
  • 5+ years of professional experience with electrical component design
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
  • Experience with wire harnesses and sub-components
  • Experience with 3D CAD software
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting electronic sensors
  • Competence with electrical test equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
