Sr. Electrical Integration & Test Engineer (Starshield)

SpaceX, founded on the vision of human space exploration, is seeking a Sr. Electrical Integration & Test Engineer for their Starshield program. This role is crucial in ensuring satellites achieve their mission by managing integration, testing, and optimization of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or computer engineering, with hands-on experience in satellite systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluating designs for manufacturability and integration
• Interfacing with engineers and technicians to optimize processes
• Developing and refining assembly procedures
• Enabling day-to-day execution of vehicle integration and test flow
• Evaluating non-conformances and creating system improvements

The role requires a bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering, with 5+ years of design or hands-on manufacturing experience. Preferred skills include experience with MATLAB or Python, integration of avionics systems, and a willingness to obtain Top Secret clearance.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $180,000 per year, with additional benefits including stock options, comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), paid parental leave, and 3 weeks of paid vacation.
