Responsibilities For Sr. Maintenance Engineer, Chemical (Starlink PCB)
- Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technically complex equipment failures
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective measures
- Develop and execute complex improvement projects for production equipment
- Collaborate with development engineering teams on reliability and maintenance efficiency
- Provide leadership for CMMS utilization
- Implement predictive tools for Reliability Centered Maintenance
- Complete hands-on repairs of equipment systems
- Coordinate internal and 3rd party resources for repairs and upgrades
- Create and update preventative maintenance instructions
- Interface with various departments to resolve production blockers
- Help create optimized machine spare parts lists and inventory management
Requirements For Sr. Maintenance Engineer, Chemical (Starlink PCB)
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing
- Experience with PCB chemical processing equipment
- Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
- Available for extended hours and some weekends
- Willing to travel up to 10%
