Responsibilities For Sr. Maintenance Engineer (Starlink)

  • Lead maintenance technicians in troubleshooting complex equipment repairs
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective measures
  • Balance multiple projects of varying scope and complexity
  • Mentor high level technicians in troubleshooting and analysis
  • Lead machine improvement projects with various engineering teams
  • Coordinate internal and 3rd party resources for repairs and upgrades
  • Create and update preventative maintenance instructions
  • Interface with various departments to resolve production blocks
  • Review failure modes and provide recommendations for spare parts
  • Provide leadership for CMMS utilization

Requirements For Sr. Maintenance Engineer (Starlink)

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with manufacturing process development
  • Capability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Experience with MRP, ERP and CMMS systems
  • Must be available for extended hours and some weekends
  • Willing to travel up to 10%
  • Must meet ITAR requirements
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
