Responsibilities For Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer - Production (Starlink)

  • Design and develop structures, mechanisms and automation equipment for high volume Starlink Satellite production
  • Own projects through entire lifecycle from concept to production
  • Balance multiple projects of varying scope in fast-paced environment
  • Partner with flight design and production teams
  • Solve complex problems emphasizing execution speed and efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  • Maintain project schedule and budget
  • Assemble and commission designed equipment

Requirements For Sr. Mechanical Design Engineer - Production (Starlink)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Mechanical Engineering
  • Experience with 3D CAD software and 2D drawings
  • Must be available for extended hours and weekends as needed
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
