Responsibilities For Supplier Development Engineer, Electrical (Starlink Aviation)

  • Act as technical point of contact for solving emergent challenges at suppliers
  • Own outsourced parts from cradle to grave including DFM reviews and PPAP implementation
  • Partner with procurement team for strategic sourcing
  • Provide leadership for New Product Introduction at suppliers
  • Validate supplier corrective actions
  • Lead containment activities
  • Drive results and customer satisfaction through collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements For Supplier Development Engineer, Electrical (Starlink Aviation)

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM discipline
  • 1+ years of manufacturing, supply chain, or quality experience
  • Must be able to travel up to 45% including international
  • Valid driver's license mandatory
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
  • Ability to work extended hours when required
  • Based in Redmond, WA with required onsite presence
