Responsibilities For Supplier Development Engineer (Starlink)

  • Manage development, design, quality, testing, and delivery of electro-mechanical modules for networking and satellite communication equipment
  • Partner with various teams to enable development of strategic Contract Manufacturing partners
  • Analyze requirements, component selection, process optimization, and documentation
  • Identify and mitigate risks to product delivery schedules
  • Work with Engineering teams to improve manufacturing systems
  • Drive continuous improvements through data collection and analysis
  • Be the link between Contract Manufacturing partner and Starlink

Requirements For Supplier Development Engineer (Starlink)

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
  • 1+ years of experience managing contract manufacturing suppliers
  • Ability to travel 25-40% of the time
  • Must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work extended hours when required
