Responsibilities For Supply Chain Reliability Engineer

  • Review and assess supplier manufacturing processes and quality systems
  • Review and understand supplier issues, recommending appropriate actions
  • Drive supplier corrective actions
  • Develop Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
  • Analyze supplier quality data and partner with internal cross functional team
  • Recommend appropriate changes to supplier strategy based on surveillance results
  • Build relationships with cross-functional groups
  • Develop policies, standards, processes, and documentation

Requirements For Supply Chain Reliability Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems standards (AS9100 and ISO 9001)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to ITAR requirements
  • Ability to travel up to 60-75%
