Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) at SPAN, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Mobile applications through a combination of automated and manual testing methodologies. This high-impact role sits within the QA organization and works closely with SPAN's internal Software, Device Software, and Hardware Engineering teams.

You'll be responsible for conducting thorough testing of mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms, collaborating with QA and Development teams to create comprehensive test plans and tooling, developing and maintaining automated tests, performing manual testing on mobile devices and panels, documenting defects, configuring test environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in SDET roles for mobile platforms, proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React Native, Detox, or Kotlin, strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, experience with CI/CD tools and GitHub, and excellent communication skills.
