This position involves collaborating with Product Managers and functional engineers to decompose product requirements, develop systems architecture, and execute verification tests.

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end requirements, ensuring their completeness, and coordinating across cross-functional teams.   • Own and manage end-to-end requirements
  • Ensure correctness and completeness of requirements in the requirements management system
  • Connect the dots across all cross functional stakeholders
  • Prioritize and direct a requirements driven development process across the organization
  • Oversee verification and validation plans
  • Drive FMEA and HARA processes

Requirements For Staff Systems Engineer

  • Experience with requirements management at system level including knowledge of requirements management tools
  • Experience working in a regulated industry - electricity grid, automotive, medical, etc.
  • Experience taking a product or system through certification
  • Understanding of Functional Safety and V-model process
  • Familiarity with electronic hardware and embedded software development
  • Experience leveraging resources to execute projects successfully
