Product Developer - Menswear

SPOKE is seeking a Product Developer for their menswear line who will play a crucial role in the development and execution of their product range. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, creative insight, and strong project management skills.

The role involves comprehensive product development responsibilities, from initial concept to final production. You'll work closely with internal teams including Technical, Production, Merchandising, and Brand teams to ensure successful product delivery. The position demands excellent communication skills for managing relationships with overseas suppliers in the Far East and Europe.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed tech packs, managing prototype development, overseeing BOM creation, maintaining the Product Development Master Database, and ensuring all development processes align with company timelines and quality standards. You'll also contribute to seasonal product strategies through competitor research and product presentations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of menswear product development experience, demonstrating strong technical knowledge of garment construction and fit. You should be comfortable with digital tools including Google Docs, MS Office, Notion, and Illustrator. The role demands commercial awareness, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
