Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Content and Catalog Management

Spotify's Content and Catalog Management (CoCaM) team is seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer to lead the ML strategy across six squads. You'll own the expansion of ML knowledge and expertise within the team, working on content ingestion, distribution, management, and decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing ML strategy for content and catalog management
• Enhancing ML competence among 40+ team members
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify ML opportunities
• Cultivating strong relationships and promoting collaboration
• Driving technical decisions and standard ML methodologies
• Staying updated with latest ML advancements

The ideal candidate has:

• Proven track record in creating and growing ML strategies
• Hands-on experience implementing ML systems at scale
• In-depth knowledge of ML algorithms and frameworks
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading ML projects and mentoring engineers
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and ML services
