The position requires a strong technical background with at least 5 years of experience in full-stack development, particularly with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and a deep understanding of testing principles and secure coding practices.

The role involves leading a team of engineers, developing robust application code, collaborating on user stories, providing technical guidance, and maintaining documentation. You'll work with intelligent, down-to-earth professionals who are passionate about challenging the status quo.

This hybrid position is open to candidates on the east coast of Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane), offering the flexibility to work where and when it best suits you. Squiz promotes diversity and inclusion, maintaining a culture where employees can be themselves while working on meaningful projects that improve digital services for their clients.

Join a company that values continuous learning, promotes work-life balance, and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in the digital experience space.
