As a DevOps Engineer at Stack, you'll play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions across our systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for software builds, testing, and deployment.
  2. Orchestrating deployments and monitoring applications within Kubernetes infrastructure.
  3. Developing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform for efficient cloud resource management.
  4. Creating and managing Ansible playbooks for configuration management across diverse environments.
  5. Setting up monitoring solutions and logging frameworks to track system performance and proactively detect issues.
  6. Implementing version control systems and performing code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
  7. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Kubernetes deployments and configurations.
  8. Mentoring team members and sharing best practices in infrastructure automation.

Responsibilities For DevOps Engineer

  • Design, develop, and deploy bots using tools like Ansible or custom scripts
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
  • Support deployment, automation, and monitoring of applications within Kubernetes infrastructure
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of applications deployed to cloud, VMs, and Kubernetes
  • Troubleshoot Kubernetes deployment and configuration issues
  • Integrate bots, workflows, and services with various APIs and databases
  • Design and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform
  • Create and manage Ansible playbooks for configuration management
  • Set up monitoring solutions and logging frameworks
  • Implement version control systems and perform code reviews
  • Respond to incidents and perform root cause analysis
  • Mentor and support team members
  • Develop robust, scalable applications and automation solutions using Python and/or GoLang

Requirements For DevOps Engineer

Python
Kubernetes
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Engineering, Programming, or related field
  • Three (3) years of experience in DevOps, Programming or in the job offered or related role
  • Experience with Identity Access Management Systems (Okta, Active Directory, or LDAP)
  • Experience with Ansible for IT tasks
  • Python programming skills
  • Experience with Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of system and service integration
  • DevOps experience
