StackAdapt, the no. 1 performing programmatic advertising platform, is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead their growing backend engineering team. This role involves integrating data into StackAdapt's Customer Data Platform (CDP), architecting scalable low-latency backend systems and data pipelines, and providing technical leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Integrating data into the Customer Data Platform
  • Architecting scalable systems and data pipelines
  • Providing technical leadership and best practices

  • Promoting software development best-practices
  • Solving technical challenges

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Adtech or Martech experience (asset)
  • Track record of building scalable pipelines and services
  • Experience with large data in low-latency environments
  • 5+ years of software development in distributed systems
  • Strong computer science fundamentals
  • Up-to-date knowledge of latest technologies
  • Experience with Go and high-performance databases (plus)
