Senior Software Engineer

Stacklok is an innovative software supply chain security startup founded by Kubernetes co-founder, Craig McLuckie and Sigstore founder, Luke Hinds. As a Senior Software Engineer at Stacklok, you'll be part of a team dedicated to empowering developers and organizations to safeguard their software supply chains. You'll work on developing and maintaining high-quality software, participate in the design and implementation of new features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining high-quality software
• Participating in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Troubleshooting and resolving software-related issues
• Improving system-level security and applying best practices
• Participating in code reviews
• Contributing to continuous improvement and growth

We're looking for candidates with:

• A proven record of technical accomplishments
• Deep understanding of Go programming language and backend development principles
• Proficiency with Docker, Linux, and Git
• Experience with secure coding practices and frameworks
• Knowledge of software supply chain security
• Proficiency in modern software development methodologies, particularly CI/CD
• Excellent communication skills
