Grafana Engineer

Staff4Me is looking for a skilled Grafana Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Grafana Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring solutions using Grafana to visualize and analyze system performance metrics and logs. You will be crucial in enhancing our data monitoring capabilities and supporting data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor Alerts in Slack / Grafana:

• Monitor Slack / Grafana after trigger alerts based on predefined conditions
• Ensure alerts are accurately follow the Alert sheet and logged

1. Resolution Procedures:

• Open the Alert Sheet and locate the alert
• Follow the resolution steps based on the alert type
