Staff4Me is seeking a Tier 3 Engineer to join their remote team in the Philippines. This role focuses on providing high-level technical support and infrastructure management. The position involves handling escalated issues, managing circuit cutovers, and working with various vendors and technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for complex troubleshooting of both wired and wireless networks, implementing PMS and portal solutions, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth operations. This role requires expertise in network infrastructure, vendor management, and advanced technical problem-solving. The position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge networking technologies and make significant contributions to maintaining and improving critical infrastructure systems. The role combines hands-on technical work with collaborative problem-solving, making it ideal for experienced engineers who excel in both technical expertise and communication.
Responsibilities For Tier 3 Engineer
- Provide real-time assistance to T2s, PNOCs and handle escalated calls
- Work on Escalations, contact properties, troubleshoot and resolve outstanding issues
- Work on Circuit Cutover
- Work with ISP to test their circuit and ensure proper bandwidth
- Work with vendors for device configuration
- PMS, Portal page implementation and troubleshooting including access code creation
- Handle Tech Dispatches for PMS troubleshooting, Wifi survey, and 3rd party vendor issues
- Work on SSID requests, conference issues and special requests
- Provide necessary analysis of data, application logs, syslogs to identify faults in production infrastructure
- Work closely with Engineering, logistics, equipment and third party vendors
Requirements For Tier 3 Engineer
- Preferrably Tier3 in-house passer
- With Ruckus certifications (RIXCI, RAZSA)
