Staff4Me is seeking a Tier 3 Engineer to join their remote team in the Philippines. This senior-level position focuses on providing advanced technical support and infrastructure management. The role involves handling escalated issues, managing circuit cutovers, implementing PMS and portal solutions, and working with various vendors and technologies. The ideal candidate will have Tier 3 experience and Ruckus certifications, demonstrating expertise in network infrastructure and troubleshooting. Responsibilities For Tier 3 Engineer
- Provide real-time assistance to T2s, PNOCs and handle escalated calls
- Work on Escalations, contact properties, troubleshoot and resolve outstanding issues
- Work on Circuit Cutover with ISPs and vendors
- PMS, Portal page implementation and troubleshooting including access code creation
- Work with Tech Dispatches on PMS troubleshooting, Wifi surveys, and 3rd party vendor issues
- Work on SSID requests, conference issues and other special requests
- Provide necessary analysis of data, application logs, syslogs to isolate faults in production infrastructure
- Work closely with Engineering, logistics, equipment and third party vendors
Requirements For Tier 3 Engineer
- Preferrably Tier3 in-house passer
- Ruckus certifications (RIXCI, RAZSA)
