Description For Implementations Engineer

SteadyMD, a Forbes Top 100 Best Startup Employer, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to help launch integrated partnerships. This role involves translating technical and business requirements into successful implementations, working closely with account managers, project managers, and partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, hands-on experience with API structures and system integrations, and strong communication skills.

Key responsibilities include managing technical requirements for client integrations, understanding and communicating API operations, executing test cases, maintaining stakeholder communication, and configuring the platform to meet changing program requirements. The role also involves serving as a liaison between partners and internal teams, and continuously improving the implementation process.

SteadyMD offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, along with benefits such as company-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k, parental leave, and unlimited PTO. The position is hybrid, based in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities For Implementations Engineer

  • Manage technical requirements for clients integrating clinical programs into the platform
  • Understand and communicate API operations for integrated clinical programs
  • Identify workflow gaps and collaborate to resolve them
  • Execute manual test cases for programs prior to launch
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding integration requirements
  • Generate detailed client-facing project deliverables
  • Escalate and mitigate service or technical issues
  • Provide internal and external support for platform configurations
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve program or visit issues
  • Configure the platform to accommodate changing program requirements
  • Manage White Label configurations for client-branded experiences
  • Serve as a liaison to product and development teams
  • Analyze implementation process to identify areas for improvement

Requirements For Implementations Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Solutions Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Hands-on experience with API structures and system integrations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with software development teams
