Product Engineer

Stepful is seeking a Product Engineer to join their team. You will be working on developing and iterating on an advanced Learning Management System, empowering graduates to find jobs, designing platforms for internal workforce, generating and maintaining content at scale, and creating data pipelines. About the interview

Full Stack Coding (Take Home) You will create a full-stack website implementing the user stories specified in the prompt. We will ask you to spend no more than 3 hours on this problem. The take-home is followed by a review call (1h long) where you will present the work you have done.

System Design This is a live 1h long call where you will pretend to be a tech lead at Stepful. You'll design a distributed, scalable application from scratch.

Onsite You will be invited to our NY office for the last round of interviews and to meet the rest of the product engineering team. The interview program includes additional tech screening, product interview, and values and culture fit assessment.
