Senior DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our highly talented team and work closely with other engineers to bring our product to life. This is an early-stage opportunity with a chance to make a major impact on how our product works. Our software sits within the core application code of our customers' systems, so reliability and performance are extremely important.

As a Senior DevOps engineer, you'll:

• Build, manage, and be responsible for our platform's up-time, infrastructure, and scale
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of the cloud-based infrastructure
• Ensure the security of the infrastructure
• Take part in making architecture decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement DevOps solutions
• Continuously improve our codebase & stay up-to-date with emerging trends

Requirements:

• 6+ years as a DevOps engineer or in a similar role
• 4+ years experience with AWS and other cloud computing services
• Experience with Configuration Management using Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools
• In-depth knowledge of build/release systems, CI/CD systems (Octopus, GitHub actions, Git)
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Karpenter)
• Great communication skills
• Highly motivated and can-do attitude

• Excitement to build from scratch
• Pragmatic and somewhat opinionated approach
