Developer Success Engineer

Stytch is seeking a Developer Success Engineer to join their authentication and anti-fraud platform team. This hybrid role, based in the SF Bay Area, requires 2-3 days per week in-office presence. The position focuses on supporting developers in implementing Stytch's authentication solutions while serving as a crucial link between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong customer empathy, working directly with developers to design implementations and resolve technical queries. You'll be instrumental in gathering customer feedback and ensuring it reaches Product, Design, and Engineering teams effectively.

The role involves diverse responsibilities, from handling technical support queries to contributing to scalability projects. Recent team achievements include developing a customer health dashboard, implementing webhooks for email delivery insights, and improving API logging systems.
