You'll also work on scaling the team and improving core products through various projects, such as building customer health dashboards and improving API logging.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, including the ability to read and write code, and familiarity with modern web services and APIs. Experience with authentication protocols (SAML/OAuth), MFA, and IdP is valued. However, what sets successful candidates apart is their strong sense of empathy, troubleshooting abilities, and excellent communication skills.
The role offers exciting opportunities for growth and learning in a high-growth environment. You'll be part of a diverse and inclusive team that values different perspectives and focuses on building the future of user authentication. The interview process is comprehensive but straightforward, including technical assessments and meetings with various team members to ensure a good mutual fit.
If you're passionate about authentication technology, enjoy solving complex problems, and have a knack for explaining technical concepts to developers, this role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact while working with cutting-edge authentication technology.
