Responsibilities For Senior Unity Developer
- Play a key role in improving KPIs and content of games portfolio
- Work in a small team to build active gameplay mechanics and meta game layer for top priority projects
- Handle technical implementations like tracking and advertising SDKs
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and QA
- Solve complex technical challenges and improve workflows and tools
Requirements For Senior Unity Developer
- 4+ years experience in developing successful hyper-casual/casual games with Unity
- Ability to work with existing code base and add new features
- Deep passion for mobile games
- Proficiency with built-in Unity tools
- Good sense of color, composition, and developer art
- Experience in game core loop development
- Team player with high standards
- Software Engineering degree is a plus
- Experience with shipped mobile game (1M+ installs) is a plus
- Understanding of liveops concepts is preferred
- Experience with Agile processes, Jira, and Confluence is preferred
- Knowledge of shader programming, Unity's ECS, or DOTS is a plus
- Familiarity with backend systems or cloud services is preferred
