Process Engineer

The Process Engineer role is responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability and maximize profitability. The position is based in Xanthi, Greece.

Key activities and responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and assessing existing processes and workflows
• Tracking metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades
• Developing best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Optimizing productivity by designing, implementing, and testing new procedures
• Providing process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Conducting risk assessments
• Assessing compliance with applicable health & safety and quality standards

The ideal candidate should have:

• 3+ years of working experience as Process Engineer in industrial/manufacturing environment
• BSc in Engineering or relevant areas (MSc is considered a plus)
• Project Management experience
• Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve problems
• Strong multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer and information technology
• Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP)
• Fluency in English & Greek
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations
