Responsibilities For Senior/Staff Support Engineer (Americas)

  • Provide initial and timely responses to support cases
  • Act as a point of support internal escalation
  • Monitor multiple feedback channels including Github Issues & Discussions
  • Plan and implement internal tooling to improve support efficiency
  • Provide technical guidance for Enterprise customers
  • Develop technical training materials
  • Work closely with product teams as voice of the customer
  • Mentor other Support Engineers

Requirements For Senior/Staff Support Engineer (Americas)

  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration, DBA, SRE, or other troubleshooting-heavy technical role
  • Proficient in SQL (ideally PostgreSQL) with comfort in complex SQL queries
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Skilled in using Linux/Unix operating systems and the command line
  • Experienced working with GitHub Issues and Discussions
  • Must be located in North/South America time zones
