Staff Software Engineer

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements
• Coordinating cross-team development efforts
• Designing efficient and comprehensive technical solutions
• Participating in architecture and design discussions
• Addressing technical debt and driving improvements
• Reviewing unit tests and integration tests
• Continuously improving performance, reliability, and security
• Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Staying up to date with industry trends and sharing knowledge

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus)
• At least 5 years of software development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with unit tests, integration tests, and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of micro-services and containerization technologies
