Responsibilities For Lead Frontend Developer
- Manage and mentor a team of frontend developers
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
- Provide expert guidance on troubleshooting complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Developers
- Review code written by Frontend Developers
- Work on Proof of Concepts (POCs) to introduce new technologies
- Set standards, guidelines, and expectations
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders about status updates
Requirements For Lead Frontend Developer
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of frontend development experience or Master's degree with 5+ years
- 2+ years of experience in frontend development leadership role
- 6+ years of experience in Responsive Web Design and HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js
- 6+ years of experience in ReactJS
- 6+ years of experience in Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
- Experience with JS Frontend unit/integration testing
- Experience with state management library (Redux, Vuex)
- Experience with object storage services
- Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility
- Experience with CSS pre-processing frameworks
- Knowledge of CMS systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
