Description For (Fluent English) Technical Support Engineer (growth to a QA Engineer)

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer Tier 1 with the potential to grow into a QA Engineer role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction.

The role involves working with SaaS products that transform web data from the open and dark web into structured data feeds for machine consumption. You'll be part of a progressive team of 60+ qualified specialists, including developers, analysts, Product managers, sales and customer support professionals. Your mentor will be an Application Team Lead with solid experience in this area.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing 5 to 10 complex support tickets daily
  • Providing technical support to Enterprise customers
  • Proactively testing platforms and monitoring issues
  • Conducting data analysis and ensuring adherence to KPIs
  • Collaborating with R&D and Dev teams to resolve platform issues
  • Communicating directly with customers
  • Supporting QA tasks

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • 1.5+ years of commercial experience in Technical Support
  • Technical background, including experience with APIs and SQL
  • Experience working with B2B Enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Monday.com)
  • Strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
