As a Business Developer for the Mid-Market CSE segment in the IDF region (92 North), you'll join a dynamic Sales team composed of Mid-Market sales representatives, SDRs, and Key Account Managers, reporting directly to Christophe (Sales Manager). Your role will be crucial in expanding market share for Swile's rapidly growing CSE offering.
The position offers a structured onboarding with clear 3-month and 6-month expectations, including familiarization with sales techniques, tools, and processes, creating regional mapping, conducting an average of 7 meetings per week, and achieving revenue objectives. You'll work in a collaborative environment, creating synergies with various internal teams including Mid-Market Sales, Gift and MV teams, KAMs, and partnership teams.
The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality, proven field sales experience, and deep knowledge of the CSE/Unions market. You'll need to be mobile within your sector, skilled in network development, and proficient with Salesforce.
