Description For Business Developer Mid Market HR Target

Swile, launched in 2018, has revolutionized the employee benefits market by digitalizing benefit management through an innovative super app. With over 1,000 employees and an international presence, particularly in Brazil, Swile has already convinced millions of users and thousands of companies.

As a Business Developer Mid Market HR Target, you'll join the Mid-Market Sales Team in Ile de France, reporting to Thibaut (Sales Manager IDF). Your role will be crucial in expanding Swile's market presence and driving sales of their HR solutions, particularly in meal vouchers and travel benefits.

The position offers a clear growth path:

  • First 3 months: Master our pitch and sales methods
  • By 6 months: Achieve objectives in terms of new users per month
  • By 1 year: Generate minimum 50% cross-selling on sales

The ideal candidate will be a hunter with strong telephone prospecting experience, capable of understanding the local economic landscape, and skilled at network development. You'll need to be comfortable with deploying national agreements and signing mid-market key accounts.

The recruitment process consists of 4 stages:

  1. Initial qualification call with Priscilla (recruiter) - 45 min
  2. Interview with Thibaut (future manager) - 1 hour
  3. Business case challenge with Jean-Laurent (N+2) - 1 hour
  4. Final interview with Corine (VP Sales) - 30 min

  • Qualify needs and identify opportunities for cross-selling
  • Conduct competitive intelligence
  • Maintain knowledge of local economic landscape and key decision-makers
  • Deploy national agreements
  • Sign mid-market key accounts
  • Travel throughout the IDF (Paris) region
