Responsibilities For Security Engineer (SecOps)
- Monitor networks, systems, and applications to identify malicious activities
- Implement and manage EDR solutions
- Lead incident response efforts and conduct investigations
- Spearhead threat intelligence initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and disseminate threat data
- Implement security controls and manage security metrics
- Lead vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation
- Develop and deliver security awareness campaigns
- Conduct simulated phishing exercises
Requirements For Security Engineer (SecOps)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with focus on security operations
- Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response
- Experience with IDS, EDR, and other security tools
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
