Responsibilities For Field Service Engineer (Medical Device - Tuscaloosa)

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair designated medical equipment within an assigned service territory
  • Manage time effectively to handle preventative maintenance, installations, upgrades, and customer calls
  • Assess and prioritize the urgency of customer requests and follow through to completion
  • Escalate incidents when necessary and request additional assistance from senior representatives
  • Examine and resolve difficult customer issues, meeting established FSE performance levels
  • Maintain effective territory management and expense control
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships using excellent communication skills

Requirements For Field Service Engineer (Medical Device - Tuscaloosa)
