Responsibilities For Field Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

  • Install, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on advanced AX/XP imaging equipment
  • Manage on-site service calls with minimal supervision
  • Provide operators with training on proper equipment usage
  • Oversee financial performance within assigned territory
  • Manage company-provided assets including vehicle, tools, inventory, computer, and phone
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers, peers, and company representatives
  • Perform all required administrative tasks accurately and timely

Requirements For Field Service Engineer (Medical Devices)

  • High school diploma (Technical associate degree preferred)
  • 3+ years experience as medical technologist or field service engineer
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Proficiency with computer-based tools
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • Experience in continuous improvement and customer relations
  • Strong technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical systems, chemistry, and software
