This role is crucial in supporting their SaaS platform that connects over 50,000 users across 12,000+ brands with more than 1,750 global retailers.

As an Application Support Engineer, you'll be responsible for providing technical support for the Riversand SaaS product, managing customer incidents, and ensuring smooth operation of the platform.

Responsibilities For Application Support Engineer

  • Provide Technical Support on Application and Configuration for Riversand SaaS product
  • Provide timely response and resolution for customers with SLA management & tracking
  • Own, resolve and restore technical and operational issues with Root Cause Analysis
  • Debug, troubleshoot and test software and Application issues
  • Drive end to end technical resolution of critical incidents
  • Conduct periodic customer cadence calls
  • Contribute to knowledge base and documentation

Requirements For Application Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • 4+ years of experience in Application Software Support
  • Experience supporting global customers via Email, Remote troubleshooting & Phone
  • Willing to work on 24x7 environment with shift roster
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Experience with API troubleshooting using tools like Postman
  • Knowledge of JSON, XML, YAML
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Sensu, Kibana, Grafana)
  • Experience with ticketing tools (Jira, ServiceNow, TFS)
  • Linux OS and microservices architecture knowledge
  • Shell scripting and Python skills
