Responsibilities For Test Engineer

  • Analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents
  • Develop evaluation and test plans and procedures
  • Support development of Government test and evaluation documentation
  • Plan and Execute Performance Analysis
  • Apply Statistical Analysis of performance behavior
  • Execute Testing and Data Collection per plan
  • Coordinate with program Systems Engineering
  • Participate in T&E Working-level Integrated Product Team
  • Produce Evaluation Plans and Analysis Plans
  • Work directly with Government sponsor to coordinate task implementation

Requirements For Test Engineer

  • Knowledge of Government test and evaluation concepts
  • Experience in engineering, acquisition, and operations activities
  • Ability to specify, validate, and adapt Modeling and Simulation
  • Statistical analysis skills
  • Experience with Data & Configuration Management
  • Knowledge of agency, national, and international standards
  • Ability to coordinate with Systems Engineering teams
