Description For Customer Solutions Engineer

Sysdig is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to join their team. As a Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform and become the customer's go-to advisor. You will help with customer onboarding, driving adoption, and understanding customer requirements, challenges, and expected outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, be a team player, and strive to inspire customer loyalty. You will be the driving force in building customer relationships, including implementation, renewal, and identification of expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success
  • Becoming an expert in cloud native technologies
  • Helping with customer onboarding and driving adoption
  • Understanding customer requirements and challenges
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships

Requirements:

  • Over one year of experience in a Cyber Security role in/with Cloud Ecosystems
  • Minimum two years of post-sales experience focusing on growing and retaining customers
  • Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or Cloud Platforms
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese
