Sysdig is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to join their Dream team. As a leading cloud security company, Sysdig stops attacks in real-time by instantly detecting changes in cloud security risk with runtime insights and open source Falco. The ideal candidate will be a technical authority on the Sysdig Platform, becoming the customer's go-to advisor. Key responsibilities include helping with customer onboarding and training to drive adoption, and understanding customer requirements, challenges, and expected business outcomes.
The role requires a self-motivated, proactive, and innovative team player who can inspire customer loyalty. You should have a track record of owning customer relationships, including implementation, renewal, and identifying expansion opportunities. Expertise in cloud native technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, Linux, cloud providers, and CI/CD tools is essential. Experience in a Cyber Security role within Cloud Ecosystems, either in consulting or professional services, is required. Post-sales experience focusing on growing and retaining customers is crucial, and experience with Sysdig and/or Falco would be a plus.
